I'm 54 and having trouble getting rid of my belly fat. I figure you would be someone who would know what kind of food to consume to achieve a fit looking body. I run during the week early in the morning and that seems to at least keep me from getting enormous, but of course running alone won't get me the results I want. So, I was wondering if you could suggest a meal plan for me? So appreciate your thoughts!
Seriously go hire a pt and nutritionist. Don’t ask and expect people to work for free.
I’m aware that sounds rude and harsh but honestly it’s rude to expect people to offer such services for free; it’s a professional industry.
